QYKJ-1650 Aluminum Foil Cutting Machine
The electrical control system of the aluminum foil slitting machine unit mainly adopts an automation system PLC device, an AC auxiliary transmission device, and a Siemens human-machine interface control for the upper computer. The transmission adopts AC frequency conversion control and is connected to the PLC through a fieldbus to achieve network control with the transmission. The unit is controlled by an industrial control computer to implement a human-machine interface, program control, and has a startup condition display function. It can monitor the tension and speed parameters of each section in real time and display them. The crew is equipped with multiple safety protection chains to ensure safety.
